Mayan Palace at Vidanta Acapulco

Top of the line facility. Excellent staff and service. Fair priced food and drink. The buffet area was not my favorite. Excellent beach access and fun pools. Easy access to all parts. Fantastic Sea turtles adventure and other wildlife to spot. Rooms are well kept and very clean. Lots to walk and see. Fair access to other areas and outside attractions. The night events are excellent.

Always a great stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was delayed due to plane issues, so my room wasn't an ocean view but rather a golf view, but it was still a very nice room. Only thing was there wasn't a dishwasher. I don't like to do dishes, least of all on my vacation.

Excellent service. Rooms are clean and have a nice distribution. Food prices within the resort are on the high end, but food is good. There are very few dinning options specialy at night. Staff is friendly.

Additionally, some guests feel pricing doesn’t align with the overall experience. Enhancing room maintenance, managing crowds, and offering better value for money could elevate the experience. Overall, it’s a solid choice but needs refinement to meet its luxury promise.

This place is the top of the top. Now that I have stayed here, it is hard to stay at any other resort! The staff were excellent, and even though there was the language barrier, they did a great job helping us. I loved the beach access and the pools were amazing! There were so many to choose from! I loved the lazy river and the infinity edge pool. Fantastic Sea turtles adventure and other wildlife to spot. The rooms are well kept and very clean. I also loved the night events! It was so much fun to go to those! They were put on very nicely. I would definitely recommend!!

We loved our stay at the Mayan Palace in Acapulco! The room was clean, and the service was amazing. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and respectful. We enjoyed the restaurants, the pools and of course the beach! We were specifically impressed with Noe, our server at the beach, Raymundo, who is such a hard worker and always had a smile on his face and always happy to get us lounge chairs on the beach or to help with anything else. Jose our who drove us around Acapulco was incredible. Thank you for a fantastic time, given the opportunity, we will be back!

Beautiful family-friendly property, very well kept grounds and comfortable common areas. Room I stayed in was basic but comfortable and very clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive ALWAYS. The only downside is the Wifi, limited to 2 devices per room without charge, but if you are looking to relax and get away it's just fine. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Definitely will return and continue to recommend!!

Very nice resort. The food was great at the restaurant and the pool was a ton of fun and HUGE. The resort itself was well taken care of and the rooms were not too bad. They seemed a little out dated to me and smelled a little funky but that is just my opinion. The beach was nice besides people constantly trying to sell you drugs and ask you to marry their daughter...(It really happend to me...) Over-all, it was a memorable stay at the resort and good "one time" visit for me personally. I would recommend it.
